1. Digital Products

More Than A Place sells digital travel guides delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.

Once a digital guide has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered.

2. When Refunds Are Offered

Refunds may be offered in the following situations:

a. Technical issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your digital guide, I will work with you to resolve it.
If the issue cannot be fixed, a refund may be issued.

b. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital guide more than once, I will refund the duplicate order.

c. Consumer rights

You may be entitled to a refund under UK consumer law if the digital product is faulty or not as described.

Refunds are not offered in the following situations:

  • You change your mind after purchasing

  • You expected content that is not included in the product description

  • You purchased the guide for a trip you later decide not to take

This is standard practice for digital goods, as access cannot be revoked once delivered.
